The rules of cooperation

We are a company with foreign capital, registered in Poland and acting
by Polish law. We operate on the European market. General principles of cooperation governed by the provisions of Polish m.in: CCC and KC.

Detailed rules for cooperation between the parties shall be governed by agreements concluded individually.

The agreement specifies in detail:

• The range of services
• The rights and obligations of the parties
• Principles of settlements and confidentiality

Our clients are particular companies that have to deal with foreign trade and logistics and freight forwarding.
